Troubleshooting questions
Part of my house lost power. What should I do?
Check your panel for a tripped breaker and any tripped GFCI outlets first. If that doesn't fix it, or a breaker trips again right away, call or text us.
Is a burning smell an emergency?
Yes. Turn off the circuit at the panel if you can do it safely, and call us. If you see smoke or fire, call 911 first.
Why do my lights flicker?
It can be a loose bulb or fixture, a bad switch or dimmer, a loose connection in the wiring, or an overloaded circuit. We test to find which one.
